14-Day Returns
We want you to love your order. If you are not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unopened, unused and in their original, sealed packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetics, skincare or lip care products, unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Items bought on sale or with a discount can be returned under the same conditions; the refund is the amount you actually paid.
How to start a return
- Email us at sharbelkatergi@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your claim for a damaged item is approved), we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item following the steps above and place a new order.
