1. Overview

This online store, skinvana.store, is operated by SkinVana, Switzerland ("SkinVana", "we", "us"). By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products and information

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors, packaging and product images may vary slightly from the actual product. Please read the ingredient list before use and do a patch test on a small area of skin. Stop using the product if irritation occurs. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

3. Prices and payment

Our prices are set in US dollars (USD). Depending on your country, prices may be displayed and charged in your local currency. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. The price shown at the time of your order applies. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

4. Orders

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders, for example in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product is no longer available. If an order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Discounts

Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart. Discounts have no cash value.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs, destinations and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. The exact shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout. For orders outside the United States, local import duties or customs fees may apply.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it is honest, based on your own experience and that you have the right to share it. We may display, moderate or remove such content.
